About Me

I build media brands and marketing systems that move markets.

Over the past decade, I've started and scaled businesses across real estate, finance media, and digital marketing — always at the intersection of storytelling, distribution, and data. Right now, most of my energy goes into Stock Sharks, a finance media platform I built from zero to 2M+ combined reach across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Threads.

I think about attention the way most people think about inventory: where to find it, how to acquire it efficiently, and what to do with it once you have it.

Built a finance media platform from scratch to 2M+ combined audience across six platforms. 74 million views in a single month. Produce daily content — long-form research, short-form video, newsletters — covering public equities, market narratives, and emerging sectors. Work directly with publicly traded companies to design and execute media coverage campaigns that put underfollowed stories in front of engaged retail investors. It's pretty fun.

Founder & Developer

Acquire, renovate, and develop residential properties across Canadian and U.S. markets. Handle the full cycle — sourcing, design, project management, and disposition. Built the brand's visual identity and marketing pipeline from the ground up, using content and targeted outreach to generate consistent deal flow without relying on traditional brokerage channels. I do not find it very fun, but I have been doing it for a long time and I have gotten pretty good at it.

Ran a high-volume residential real estate practice for over a decade. Built the business on direct client acquisition, negotiation, and repeat referral. Closed hundreds of transactions. Transitioned out of active sales to focus on media, marketing consulting, and building systems that scale beyond one person's capacity. I never really enjoyed the sales side of real estate. But over time, I learned a lot about homes, renovations, neighborhoods, pricing, and what people actually want. It also gave me valuable relationships and access that helped me build other businesses in related industries.
